The Axia Selection Programme (ASP)
The Gateway to Trading at the Highest Level
The Axia Selection Programme is our firm’s global entry point for aspiring traders looking to earn a seat on one of our professional trading floors or remotely, whilst being backed by the company. Designed as a real-world evaluation, it gives traders the opportunity to prove their edge under live market conditions – where performance, discipline, and decision-making are tested with purpose.
This isn’t a generic online challenge or demo simulation! It’s the first step in a merit-based path toward becoming a fully backed trader within Axia Markets Pro. Traders who excel in the APT demonstrate not just potential, but the mindset and execution we look for in building long-term trading careers.
But the ASP is far more than a test – it’s a journey.
Candidates first complete our 4-week Career Programme before being onboarded onto our observation environment. Throughout the observation, traders are supported by a dedicated risk manager and performance coach to simulate the realities of professional trading and prepare for live execution under capital.

Scholarship Opportunities
A select number of scholarships are available for traders applying to join the Axia trading floors. These include full or partial support covering programme fees and/or desk costs. Scholarships are limited, highly competitive, and offered only to those who show exceptional promise during the Career Programme.
